2. What Data We Collect
When you use VeriSigil AI services, we may collect:
- Account information — name, email address, organisation when you register
- API usage data — endpoint calls, request metadata, response times for service operation
- Governance execution records — agent IDs, action types, verdicts, evidence hashes generated through the constitutional gateway
- Contact information — when you email us or request a pilot
- Website analytics — page visits, referral sources (no personally identifiable tracking)
3. How We Use Your Data
- To operate and improve the VeriSigil API and platform
- To generate governance evidence bundles as part of the service
- To communicate about your account, pilots, and platform updates
- To monitor API health, security, and uptime
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not use your data for AI model training without explicit consent
4. Governance Evidence Data
Evidence bundles generated through POST /v1/constitutional-gateway/prove are cryptographically sealed with SHA-256. These records are designed to be independently verifiable offline without requiring access to VeriSigil systems. You retain ownership of your governance evidence.
5. Data Storage and Security
API data is stored on Railway (cloud infrastructure) and Supabase (database). We implement API key authentication, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and role-based access controls. We are a small team — we will notify you promptly of any security incidents affecting your data.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at info@verisigilai.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use minimal session cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
