3. Compliance Disclaimer

VeriSigil AI provides governance infrastructure designed to support compliance readiness. Our services are designed to align with EU AI Act requirements, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001 governance principles. However, use of VeriSigil AI does not constitute official regulatory certification, government accreditation, or legal compliance verification. You remain responsible for your own regulatory obligations. Consult qualified legal and compliance professionals for definitive regulatory advice.

4. API and Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided as-is at this stage. We will notify users of planned maintenance where possible. For enterprise SLA requirements, contact info@verisigilai.com.
